So my board tenure is wrapping up. I apologize for not giving anyone the satisfaction of having the chance of choosing to vote me out of office. That shouldn't stop anyone from voting however. You have a day or two left to vote in the Fedora elections. Vote! Next time I run I promise to do something so absolutely horrible as a Board member that an impeachment process will need to be developed. But that's a subject of a future post.
For now, I just want to pass on a parting rhetorical questions to the Fedora contributor community.
If you could allocate discretionary manhours to push one existing project area forward faster than the rest what would it be?
What is the one existing project area with the highest return on investment currently if a single casual contributor were added to the effort?
What is the one existing project area with that is the biggest bottleneck for the project currently that would benefit significantly from a dedicated group of contributors over the next year?
What new area do you think you think Fedora as a project should make a concerned effort to grow in the next year?
These are some questions I'd like people to have bouncing around in their heads leading up to FUDCon. Even if they are never uttered again, I want them in your head influencing your FUDCon interactions.
